Meet the Founder: Zachary Henry
Zachary Henry is a Marine Corps veteran who lived the struggle of transition firsthand. After navigating the overwhelming maze of job boards, relocation decisions, and disjointed resources, he realized something: no one was building a system that actually worked for veterans.
So he built it.
Zachary founded The Next Mission to give veterans what he never had—a streamlined way to discover career fit, connect with mentors, analyze where to live, and stay supported every step of the way. His mission is personal, and that’s what makes this platform different.
